Who are the Essex Lionesses?

The Essex Lionesses was set up in 2022 by three passionate football coaches - Kevin Baker (A Licensed Coach), Simon King (A Licensed Coach) and Danny Parker (B Licensed Coach).

Our mission is simple - to make elite coaching accessible to female players at all levels of the game.

Between us we have decades of experience working in the girls' game from grassroots to international level, and we set up the academy to share this expertise with as many young players as possible.

Following the success of our initial programme in summer 2022, we are back, we are bigger and we are here to stay.
